• Device information: Device type, operating system version, unique identifiers, and app version.
• Log data: IP address, access times, and screens viewed.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

• Authentication providers: If you sign in via Google or Apple, we receive your name and email from those providers.
• Payment processors: Subscription payments are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve our apps and services.
• Process and fulfil your subscription.
• Send service-related emails (e.g. receipts, security alerts). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

3. AI Processing

Some of our apps use AI services (such as Google Gemini) to process text you submit — for example, to enhance review drafts. Text submitted for AI processing may be sent to third-party AI providers under their respective privacy policies. We do not use your content to train AI models without explicit consent.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service providers: Trusted third parties assisting us in operating our services (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics, AI APIs), bound by confidentiality agreements.
• Legal requirements: Where required by law, court order, or government authority.

• With your consent: For any other purpose disclosed at the time of collection.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using our apps you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

2. Account Registration

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, notify us of any unauthorised access, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via the App Store or Google Play.
• Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) where applicable and may vary by region.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to violate any law; post false, misleading, or defamatory content; harass or harm others; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; reverse engineer our apps; use bots or scrapers; resell our services; or upload malicious code. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create using our apps. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your content solely to provide the service to you. You are solely responsible for content you publish. Do not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

6. AI Features

Our apps may include AI-powered features to assist with writing and other tasks. These features are provided as-is and for assistance purposes only. AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate — always review content before publishing. We are not responsible for AI-generated content that you choose to publish.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and trademarks in our apps are owned by newiracraft or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our apps without prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, newiracraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
